Return & Refund Policy

At A1 Kratom, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. That's why we've designed a simple and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date you received your items to return them. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Return Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To initiate a return, email us at hello@aonekratom.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 21 business days.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@aonekratom.com.

6. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
